Chris Leben has been sentenced to 35-days in jail according to MMAWeekly. The penalty is a result of a probation violation stemming from a 2005 DUI.

Leben turned himself in on probation violation charges last week in an attempt to acquire a visa to get to London in time for his fight with Michael Bisping at UFC 85. However, Leben will have under two weeks from the date that he is set to be released from jail until the time of the event in London. This makes it unlikely that he'll have enough time to prepare for the event though there has been no word from UFC officials at this time.
