Reports that have been floated around the web insisting that UFC 85 will air for free on Spike TV appear to be off base.

After speaking with a top level UFC executive, Fightline.com can confirm that the event will air on Pay-Per-View only.

UFC 85: Hughes vs. Alves will feature Matt Hughes vs. Thiago Alves but the card is stacked with other big name fights. Take a look at the full fight card as it stands:
