Mark Bocek vs. Mac Danzig
Round 1: Dancing around, feeling each other out so far. Bocek attempts a single leg, defended well so far by Danzig. Bocek gets a double leg and starts some ground and pound. Danzig attempts a triangle, Bocek defends. Danzig stands with his back against the cage. Reverses Bocek now, works some ground and pound. Quite a bit of defensive grappling going on, half-hearted offense. Round one is over. I give it to Bocek 10-9.

Round 2:Danzig with a HUGE knee to Bocek's head! Bocek goes down, Danzig gets top position, tries to finish. Bocek is recovering now. Standing now, Bocek is working on a single-leg. Danzig lands another knee, hurts Bocek. Danzig takes Bocek down, gets his back. Danzig is dominating right now. Has both hooks in, plenty of time left. Bocek escapes, gets the fight back to the feet and starts landing some punches. Danzig takes Bocek down again, starts working some more ground and pound. Bocek is defending with his legs. Round ends with Danzig dominating. That's got to be a 10-8 round for Danzig.

Round 3:Touch of gloves to start the round. Bocek trying some kicks, goes in for a double-leg. Danzig defends. Bocek finally gets him down, but Danzig starts looking for submissions from his back. Mac pushes off with his feet, stands back up, lands another knee. Bocek is just trying to survive now. Knee opened Bocek up, the ref stops to have the cut checked. Lets it continue. Bocek is showing a ton of heart here, but Danzig is just fighting on another level right now. Danzig takes him down, takes his back -- works a rear-naked choke...and that's it. Danzig wins via rear-naked choke at 3:48 of Round 3. Very impressive performance by Mac Danzig. Danzig gives a lot of praise to Bocek in the interview with Florian.
