Mir follows with some quick hammer fists and forearms before letting Nogueira up again. Mir seems to realize he can win this on the feet.

The fighters clinch, Mir lands a knee, Nogueira lands a solid combination...

Mir shakes it off and signals that he's not hurt. In final seconds of the round Mir throws a beautiful right-left combo that knocks Nogueira down for a second time.

Fightline.com scores it 10-8 for Mir.

Round two: Mir starts with a low inside left kick, which has been working well for him. Nogueira is looking like a fighter closer to the age of 42 than 32, and does nothing more than toss out his left jab.

SUDDENLY, Mir unleashes a crushing left hook that has Nogueira backing up... He follows with a crushing left cross that finds its way around Nog's right hand... Nogueira goes down... Mir jumps on him and wails away with a fierce ground and pound attack.

Referee Herb Dean tries to give Nogueira a chance to recover, but he is almost out as Mir throws punch after punch...

C.B. Dollaway vs. Mike Massenzio (Middleweight)

Round one: Massenzio comes out pursuing Dollaway. He rushes Dollaway, and Dollaway throws a sharp knee to Massenzio's midsection... Massenzio answers with a nice right hand.

Action goes back to middle of the ring. Massenzio again pursues Dollaway... They tangle and as Massenzio pushes off he follows with a right cross that stuns Dollaway... Dollaway goes down... Massenzio follows and grapples with a stumbling Dollaway. Dollaway lands on top but still has cobwebs in his head.

Massenzio clamps down with a guillotine choke from his back. It's sunk in deep and Massenzio appears seconds from a submission victory. Dollaway pulls his neck away and squirms with everything he has as he tries to escape... Finally he squeezes his head out--- An act Houdini would have been proud of!

Dollaway wrestles with Massenzio trying to secure top position. Massenzio goes for a triangle choke. Dollaway escapes fairly easily.

Still in top position, Dollaway passes Massenzio's guard. He pulls his leg out of Massenzio's guard and gets a full mount on Massenzio... Massenzio rolls and gives up his back--- Uh Oh!

Dollaway flattens Massenzio out... Massenzio is in DEEP TROUBLE... Dollaway waylays him from one ear to the next, throwing rights and lefts... All Massenzio can do is cover the back of his head. He is in a defensless position as the referee jumps in and calls the fight.
