Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic recently stated on his personal blog that he would face Yoshihiro Nakao on March 15. Dream, however, has announced that Filipovic will instead face Pancrase veteran Tatsuya Mizuno on its inaugural card.

Filipovic is hoping to snap a string of consecutive loses in the UFC; a knockout at the hands of Gabriel Gonzaga and a decision loss to Chiek Kongo.

Cro Cop was granted his release from the UFC and chose to sign with Dream, a new fight promotion started by former PRIDE staffers and FEG.
