Denis Kang Signs with the UFC
Denis Kang Signs with the UFCDenis Kang was once considered a top three Middleweight during his run of 23 straight fights without a loss from April 2003 to November 2006. He then lost to Yoshihiro Akiyama and Gegard Mousasi in back to back bouts that cast doubt on how good Kang actually was.

The UFC is apparently will to take a chance on Kang as Richie Guerriero told MMAJunkie today that he Kang agreed to a four-fight contract with the world’s biggest promotion. Guerriero is the American Top Team General Manager, which is the camp that Kang trains at regularly.

“With the UFC being what it is, I think Denis knew it was a good time to get some exposure here in America,” Guerriero told MMAJunkie.

With the addition to Kang to their Middleweight division, he could easily be an upcoming opponent for current champion, Anderson Silva in the very near future.
