Ricardo Arona remains one of MMA's top free agents dispite rumours to the contrary. It had been floated as recently as a few days ago that Arona had signed with Cage Rage; a rumor that Arona flatly denies.

“I haven’t signed with anyone yet," Arona told GracieMag.com . "To tell you the truth, Cage Rage hasn’t even come after me."

Arona's name has been bandied about quite freely over the past few months with promotions like the UFC, M-1 and EliteXC being rumored destinations. Arona intends to make an announcement regarding his future very soon.

"I received some contract proposals from the United States and Japan, said Arona. "I’m analyzing things with a cool head. I’m back to training hard, here in Niteroi and I will soon have news about my future.”
