 The Sun UK is reporting that the UFC is setting up a huge main event for their first foray into Germany, a fourth fight of Randy Couture vs. Chuck Liddell is currently the top choice for UFC matchmakers. A proposed date of June 13th for UFC 95 in Germany has been rumored and seems likely to be officially announced shortly.
Liddell and Couture have fought three times in the past with Liddell taking the last two fights via TKO. The proposed fourth fight would take place in the Heavyweight division, which is the division where Couture currently fights.
It was reported that during UFC 91, the UFC had invited several German representatives to UFC 91 as sort of a showcase of their product to help the UFC expand into Germany, a market in which they’ve been trying to get into for a long time.
