Quick Shots: 'Fighter' Book Review, More On Lesnar On 'E:60'

I got a chance to check out an advance copy of Fighter: The Fighters of the UFC
, which is different than any other MMA book available. The book gives a unique look at the fighters of the UFC with an impressive spread of over a 100 black-and-white photographs. Fighters photographed for the book include Rashad Evans, Jon Fitch, Kenny Florian, Rich Franklin, Forrest Griffin, Dan Henderson, Roger Huerta, Matt Hughes, Quinton Jackson, Keith Jardine, Cheick Kongo, Josh Koscheck, Chuck Liddell, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, Karo Parisyan, BJ Penn, Mauricio Rua, Diego Sanchez, Matt Serra, Anderson Silva, Thiago Silva, Wanderlei Silva, Georges St-Pierre and Dana White.

While the photographs are stunning, the one thing I would have liked to have seen would have been a brief biography of each fighter photographed. Other than that, it is a book I recommend to all UFC fans. You can order Fighter: The Fighters of the UFC

As noted earlier, Brock Lesnar will be profiled on tonight's E:60 episode on ESPN. The piece on Lesnar will be about 10 minutes and will feature comments from former WWE superstars Bill Goldberg and Bret Hart. UFC.com and ESPN.com will have two minute versions of the piece online today before the show. The show airs tonight at 7 p.m. Eastern and 4 p.m. Pacific on ESPN.
