Round 1: Forrest takes Rua down early. Crowd clearly behind Forrest and a 'Forrest' chant breaks out. Shogun takes Forrest down to the ground. Griffin was very confident here. Shogun took Forrest down twice at the end of the round. Great fast paced first roundd. 10-9 for Forrest.

Round 2: Shogun took Forrest down early and busted Forrest up. Forrest got up and took Shogun down. Shogun was dropping his hands and visibly tiring. Shogun looks exhausted by the end of the round. Forrest took Shogun down and nailed Shogun with some good shots. Forrest finished strong, and narrowly took the round in my view. 10-9 for Forrest.

Round 3: Shogun was visibly exhausted in this round and seemed to have nothing left. Forrest had him in half guard and hit Shogun with a flurry of punches. With 30 seconds left he got a rear naked chose and Shogun tapped for the incredible upset.
