Apparently Frank Mir's manager, Dean Albrecht, wants no part of "Minotauro" Nogueira at this time. In an interview done with mmajunkie.com he states that there hasn't been any official announcement on Mir's next opponent yet.

“We are hoping for Kongo first," said Albrecht. "He called out Mir. I think he deserves it.“

Common sense would seem to dictate that Kongo's limited ground skills would be a huge liability against Mir's strong bbj ability, while Nogueira would pose much more of a threat.
