MMAfightline.com has confirmed that Terry Martin sent out a bulletin via his myspace page containing the following message:

Just found out that I am suppose to fight Marvin Eastman Feb. 2, 2008 at the Mandalay Bay. The fight is to be aired on CBS. So it will be free for everyone. Time to get back on track with the Super Bowl of all knock outs.

While this is far from confirmation that the UFC-CBS deal is done, it is nevertheless significant that a fighter on the card in question is making this claim.
