Matt Hughes is releasing a "tell all" biography and has leaked some juicy excerpts on Tito Ortiz and Tim Sylvia. The excerpt on Sylvia is particularly harsh and demeaning. It can be read by clicking here.

Tim Sylvia answered back today on the Mr. Sunshine radio show in surprising fashion; stating that he still considers Hughes a friend and said that sometimes people put stuff in print just to sell books.

He also feels that Hughes may have lost his way a bit and that some bitter Miletich team members may come out with some personal stories of their own regarding Hughes.
