On Saturday Dana White went through a list of possible opponents for Anderson Silva. White mentioned Dan Henderson, Thales Leites, David Terrell, and newly aquired Ricardo Almeida. One notable omission was Yushin Okami, who defeated Jason MacDonald in what White himself tabbed as a possible fight for a title shot. This interesting omission coincides with the expiration of Okami's contract and there are whispers that his time with the organization may be over.
White, for his part, looks like he clearly wants to set a match between Anderson Silva and Dan Henderson next, though he appears to be having a tough time convincing Henderson to drop from 205 to 185.
"I want to head butt the guy every time I talk to him," said White. "He could be a force at (185), and it'd be a great match-up. But he's very hard-headed."
