Myles Jury didn’t win The Ultimate Fighter, but still got a chance inside the Octagon. Since debuting for the UFC, Jury has remained undefeated as a pro with 13 wins. Upon his return, the American is hunting for better competition.
“I am looking to get a big name fighter and just continue to work my way up,” said Jury to BJ Penn. “I am going to have to talk to my manager about that, talk about some goals and get some things written down. I would like to fight [Takanori] Gomi at one point though.”
Gomi has no opponent since a split-decision loss to Diego Sanchez.
Of Jury’s four UFC wins, two were stoppages from Chris Saunders and Ramsey Nijem. Jury expects to return in early 2014 as he’s resting some injuries.
