To help with the pending medical bills for UFC featherweight Matt Grice, a site has been created to raise money. Grice was injured last Sunday in a car accident in Oklahoma.
Donations can be placed at hopemob.org, where $20,000 has been raised in a matter of days. They’re seeking $30,000 total and have 55 more days to collect the remainder.
Grice, who serves as a police officer in the state, was off duty when he was rear-ended in a multi-car accident. He underwent surgery and was listed in critical condition as of last week.
He’s 2-5 for the UFC and last fought in a decision loss to Dennis Bermudez at UFC 157.
