Matt Grice has gone through a near-death experience.
Now, he wants to not only live a normal life, but possibly return to the Octagon.
Grice appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “UFC Tonight” and discussed his 2013 car accident that left him in a coma and missing part of his skull.
While at a stop light, Grice was rear-ended on his motorcycle. He suffered traumatic brain injuries and most believed the end was near.
But Grice is a fighter and has continued the long road to recovery since that fateful September night.
Grice last fought in 2013, falling to Dennis Bermudez via split decision. The bout earned the two “Fight of the Night” honors at UFC 157.
