Matt Brown’s impressive six-fight win streak could be put to the test this December with Tarec Saffiedine, according to a report by FOX Sports.
UFC president Dana White confirmed with the site that the promotion is looking towards one of the three December cards for the fight.
Brown (18-11) has placed himself in contention in the UFC’s welterweight division with five finishes in his last six. He is 11-5 in the UFC overall.
Saffiedine (14-3) has yet to debut with the company despite signing several months ago. He was the final Strikeforce champion, but has battled injuries since defeating Nate Marquardt.
