While no coaches were confirmed, the weight classes for the fourth season of The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil have been made official.
Lightweights and bantamweights are invited to tryout for the season on October 27 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The show will air, as usual, on Globo in Brazil.
Previous winners of TUF: Brazil include Rony Jason, Cezar Ferreira, Leonardo Santos and more recently Warlley Alves and Antonio Carlos, Jr.
Wanderlei Silva, Chael Sonnen, Fabricio Werdum, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Vitor Belfort have all served as coaches on the reality series. Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira were rumored on Twitter as possible candidates for the next season.
To compete on TUF: Brazil, fighters must have at least three pro bouts, a winning record and be between the ages of 18 and 35. Former UFC fighters are not eligible to compete this season.
FightLine will continue providing updates on the fighters competing and coaches for the season as it becomes known.
