Ana Claudia Guedes, a legal representative for former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos, let it be known that her client has not received any offers to fight again inside the Octagon.
Dos Santos was forced out of a planned encounter with Stipe Miocic in May due to a hand injury. He has not fought since a 2013 loss to current champion Cain Velasquez.
Recent reports have indicated plans for “Cigano” to fight in December, possibly against Miocic. Guedes, though, posted a message on Twitter recently stating all those reports are untrue.
“JDS hasn’t been offered a bout agreement to face Miocic or to be on a December card, reports are premature,” she wrote. “He is ready to be back though!”

Dos Santos (16-3) has lost just twice in his UFC career, both times to Velasquez. His last win came in May 2013 when he finished Mark Hunt via knockout with a spinning wheel kick.
The Brazilian holds victories over Velasquez, Frank Mir, Shane Carwin, Roy Nelson, Fabricio Werdum and Mirko CroCop.
