Rumors of a potential flyweight contest between Joseph Benavidez and Henry Cejudo have quieted as of late.
However, Benavidez went ahead recently and took to social media to try and get the fight talks going once again.

Benavidez, though, earned a response from another member of the UFC’s 125-pound division in ex-Bellator champion Zach Makovsky.

The 31-year-old Team Alpha Male fighter has lost just twice in his UFC career, with both defeats coming at the hands of current champion Demetrious Johnson. He has won three straight since the last loss in 2013.
Cejudo (9-0) is 3-0 with the UFC and a former U.S. Olympic gold medalist, while Makovsky (19-6) has lost two of his last three, including a decision to No. 1 contender John Dodson.
