Justin Faiferlick has competed on the international level when it comes to martial arts.
So when the owner of Faiferlick Martial Arts in Iowa was given the opportunity to train with Greg Jackson of the world-renowned Jackson’s MMA gym, he jumped at it.
“The sessions with Jackson MMA was comprehensive, including all aspects of mixed martial arts, coaching fundamentals, psychological, technical, physical strategy and tactics,” Faiferlick said. “Most sessions with taught by coach Greg Jackson.
“We explored in detail the fight framework of the opening, middle and end game. It was great to expand my training and coaching in a professional environment with such hard-working, professional fighters and coaches.”
Faiferlick, who owns and trains out of the gym with his wife, Deann, received certification to be an instructor and coach of Jackson MMA – the ways of UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, Andrei Arlovski, John Dodson, Carlos Condit and countless others.
“Faiferlick Martial Arts of Fort Dodge has become a certified training facility for Jackson Mixed Martial Arts,” Faiferlick said. “We are going to be adding mixed martial arts training to the curriculum to better serve our students around self-defense.
“We offer a variety of classes for all ages and skill levels including taekwondo, sogo ryu bujutsu, mixed martial arts, kendo, yoga, tai chi and cardio kickboxing.”
Faiferlick Martial Arts is located in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
