- Ticketmaster announced that the Limp Bizkit concert scheduled for July 10 as part of UFC 100 weekend has been canceled. The concert was to be the band's first show in eight years.- The Boston Herald is reporting that UFC veteran Jorge Rivera (16-7) has signed a new four-fight deal with the UFC. Rivera, who last fought at UFC Fight Night: Condit vs. Kampmann defeating Nissen Osterneck via unanimous decision, said he hopes to return to the octagon by early fall. - MMAJunkie.com is reporting that Hermes Franca (19-7) will return after a near year-long absence to face Tyson Griffin (13-2) at UFC 103 on September 19th from Dallas, Texas. The bout will take place on the main card, and while the the bout has been verbally agreed to, agreements have yet to be signed. France is coming off a unanimous decision win over Marcus Aurelio at UFC 90: Silva vs. Cote last October. He suffered a torn anterior crucial ligament in his right knee earlier this year, which has kept him out of action.
