Our good friends Chris Fries and The JDH of Tagg Radio's The Lights Out Show interviewed the #1 UFC Light Heavyweight contender, Forrest Griffin on their last show (volume 132). Forrest speaks out on his experience as a coach on The Ultimate Fighter, his upcoming title fight against Rampage Jackson and a few other interesting things.GRIFFIN ON HIS UPCOMING UFC TITLE FIGHT AGAINST RAMPAGE JACKSON:
"If I have to hit him with a payphone, hey man, that's just part of my style."
"I guess you gotta go with Keith (Jardine)...It didn't look that impressive, but he caught me on the button. In practice, Chuck Liddell comes to mind. He hit me once and my mouth piece split in half...It was like plastic just rolling around in my mouth."
"I don't have the chin or the power to fight at heavyweight. Everybody hit harder than I did, which really sucked." New shows released every Tuesday and Thursday 8e/5p. This show, now archived, can be heard anytime at www.thelightsoutshow.com, www.iTunes.com, and www.myspace.com/thelightsoutshow.
