Even Tanner will make his long awaited return from a self imposed 2 year break from the octagon by jumping right back in with a top flight opponent. According to MMAMania.com Yushin Okami and Evan Tanner have signed bout agreements to meet one another at UFC 82: "Pride of a Champion" set to take place in Columbus, Ohio on March 1, 2008.Below is the unofficial UFC 82 card so far:
-Anderson Silva (20-4) vs. Dan Henderson (22-6)
-Jon Fitch (15-2) vs. Akihiro Gono (28-12-7)
-Josh Koscheck (9-2) vs. Dustin Hazelett (10-3)
-Evan Tanner (32-6) vs. Yushin Okami (21-4)
-Jorge Gurgel (11-3) vs. John Halverson (16-5)
