Not long after Rich Franklin was completely dismantled by Anderson Silva for the second time, rumors about his retirement began to spread. Those rumors appear to be premature and unfounded according to statements made by Franklin's manager to the Dayton Daily News."There will be more fights coming. This won't be his last fight in the UFC, that's for sure…. He has been knocked down off the top of the ladder but he'll work his way back up. He'll recover. You'll see a lot more of Rich in the future, that's for sure."
Update: Rich Franklin is set to undergo surgery to repair his broken nose today according to the wrestling observer.
