Mike Rhodes, a former UFC fighter, is calling into question the integrity of Brazilian MMA doctors after news of Anderson Silva’s failed drug test.
Marcio Tannure, the medical director for the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission, competed in Brazil this past December, falling to Erick Silva. He was subsequently released after the loss, which was his third straight with the promotion.

Silva was found to have two different types of steroids in his system during pre-fight tests conducted by the Nevada Athletic Commission in January. He returned to the Octagon this past weekend, defeating Nick Diaz.
