Lightweight Fight Added To Strikeforce Card
By Joseph Lisnow | November 30, 2012
The final Strikeforce show is up to 11 fights with the addition of lightweight action as Jorge Gurgel (14-8) takes on Adriano Martins (23-6).
Gurgel is 2-2 for Strikeforce. He has been inactive since August 2011 and only fought three times in the last two years. Martins will make his Strikeforce debut on a four fight win streak. Three of those wins he ended in round one.
The two are scheduled to meet on the preliminary card.
The final Strikeforce show takes place from the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma on January 12.
