UFC 154: Martin Kampmann Vs. Johny Hendricks
By Dana Becker | November 17, 2012
Martin Kampmann vs. Johny HendricksWe've reached the co-main event, as welterweight contenders Martin Kampmann (20-5) and Johny Hendricks (13-1) collide. Both feel they are deserving of being the No. 1 contender. Dan Miragliotta will be the referee.
Round 1: Trio of lefts connect by Hendricks as he comes storming in. A right followed by a knockout left and this one is all over, as Hendricks floors Kampmann. What an incredible knockout, just incredible. Hendricks goes to the center of the Octagon and signals he wants the belt. The right actually missed, but the left did not for "Bigg Rigg."
Johny Hendricks def. Martin Kampmann via knockout (left-hand) at :46 of Round 1
