ESPN International And Legend FC Come To TV Deal Agreement

Legend FC has signed a deal with ESPN International to broadcast the promotion through 109 countries by the end of 2014 reports Sherdog.The MMA organization has been in operation since their New Year's Day 2010 show. They have hosted 10 shows to date in Hong Kong and Macau. Their last show was this past August.
"Since our first tournament in January 2010, Legend has been bringing the best of Asia-Pacific MMA to a growing audience," said Chris Pollak, Legend FC co-founder and managing director. "This agreement will give our television and broadband streaming efforts huge new reach into multiple regions around the world, cementing our position as the most widely distributed Asian MMA content worldwide. We look forward to working closely with our partners at ESPN."
The next show, Legend FC 11, will be the first to air on the network. That show has no official date. It is rumored that lightweight champion Jadamba Narantungalag (8-2) will fight Koji Ando (7-3) on the card.
The TV deal will have Legend FC airing in Australia, New Zealand, countries in the Middle East, Latin America, Caribbean and Africa. As part of the deal ESPN will be granted access to all archived footage, with the exception being the first show.
