UFC 153: Silva Vs. Bonnar Bonuses To Fitch, Silva, Nogueira, Jason

Jon Fitch needed to win a bonus Saturday night at UFC 153: Silva vs. Bonnar, and that is exactly what he did, walking with an extra $70,000. Fitch and Erick Silva were named Fight of the Night from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Fitch earned a victory over Silva, stating his claim to still be in consideration in the welterweight division. Fitch was coming off a loss to Johny Hendricks and missed several months due to injury.

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira was awarded Submission of the Night after locking in an armbar against Dave Herman, while Rony Jason scored Knockout of the Night for his victory vs. Sam Sicilia on the prelims.
