Fighting In Brazil Means Negative Fan Response To Phil Davis

When Phil Davis (9-1-1 NC) returns to the Octagon to take on Wagner Prado (8-0-1 NC), he will be doing so in his opponent's home country and with that comes out lash from the local fans.

"When you're on somebody else's home turf, whether you want to or not, you become the bad guy," said Davis on MMA Weekly Radio. "There's no good guys at an away meet. You're the bad guy."

The two originally met at UFC On Fox over the summer, but an accidental eye poke by Davis ended the fight.

The rematch takes place this Saturday, October 13, at UFC 153.
