Charlie Brenneman Reacts To UFC Release

Charlie Brenneman's (15-5) UFC release wasn't sitting well with him, until the fans reached out and changed all that.

"I can honestly say up until pretty much I made it public, I was pretty down," said Brenneman to MMA Weekly. "I was contemplating like what do I want to do, but once I saw the support, it was kind of like, wow, this makes me feel good."

By losing at UFC 152, Brenneman fell 4-4 under the company's name. He was released following the show. Brenneman stated there are already offers coming his way from other companies.

"I'm not going to lie, it is hard to find motivation, but in just the one conversation I've had with potential fights, it's like there are other things out there," said Brenneman.
