Despite the tension between Bellator and Tyson Nam (12-4), he is open to the idea of fighting for them if the offer is right as he's been talking with several MMA companies as of late."I can say there are pretty big promotions if not some of the most recognized promotions in the world," said Nam on The MMA Hour. "If [Bellator] bring something to the table that's actually matching these other offers that I'm getting, sure, why not."
Nam rushed into headlines after he defeated Bellator Bantamweight Champion Eduardo Dantas (14-3) at Shooto Brazil 33 last month in a nontitle fight.
Nam is able to fight for another company, but Bellator has the right to match the offer in accordance to a clause with his contract to them. Nam signed a Bellator contract in March of this year, but after not being used was released in June. Bellator claims they never formally released him from his contract.
"From my understanding, I thought they forfeited that right when they released me back in the middle of June and they didn't come with a matching offer when Shooto Brazil presented itself," said Nam.
