Rashad Evans Vs. Anderson Silva? 'Suga' Says Yes
By Dana Becker | July 07, 2012
Former UFC light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans has said he would drop to middleweight for one match: Anderson Silva. Well, minutes after Silva defeated Chael Sonnen in the main event of UFC 148: Silva vs. Sonnen II, "Suga" called for the bout."I want 2 pick a fight with the middleweight champion! Lol Make it happen!! Please!!," posted Evans on Twitter to Lorenzo Fertitta, co-owner of the UFC.
Of course, Evans did throw in the "Lol" to make it seem as if he was just kidding. Evans is coming off a loss to UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones earlier this year.
