Joe Lauzon 'UFC 144: Edgar Vs. Henderson' Video Blog, Episode 1

More and more fighters are branching out into the world of video blogs in helping give MMA fans an inside look at their trainings for fights. Add Joe Lauzon to that growing list, as the lightweight has released his first video blog for his fight with Anthony Pettis.

UFC 144: Edgar vs. Henderson will be the site for Lauzon-Pettis, which could make the winner a possible contender to the UFC title in the near future. The main event will feature the current UFC lightweight champ, Frankie Edgar, defending his title against Benson Henderson on February 25 from Saitama, Japan.
