Quick Shots: Overeem In UFC Undisputed 3, UFC 144 News, Dean & McCarthy At 'UFC On FOX 2'

--For those worried about being able to play as their favorite hulking Dutchman in the newest edition of the UFC's Undisputed video game series, fret no longer. MMAMania reports that The Reem is a playable character who can be downloaded for free by "liking" the UFC's Facebook page to get a token you can redeem upon purchasing UFC Undisputed 3 - which drops this Valentine's day - thereby gaining access to The Demolition Man.

--MMAWeekly reports that a lightweight tilt scheduled for UFC 144 in Japan between George Sotiropoulos and Takanori Gomi has been scrapped, as the Australian Sotiropoulos has been injured and forced to withdraw. Gomi will instead face fellow Japanese fighter Eiji Mitsuoka. UFC 144 is scheduled to take place at the Saitama Super Arena on February 26.

--The UFC on Fox 2 main and co-main events - featuring Rashad Evans & Phil Davis, Chael Sonnen & Michael Bisping, respectively - have been assigned veteran referees Herb Dean and Big John McCarthy, as reported by the Chicago Tribune.

--It looks like the UFC will hold its first Fan Expo of 2012 this July in conjunction with a July 7 fight card. MMAFighting reports that, while the card's number and location have yet to be officially announced, the UFC Fan Expo is expected to take place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas from the 6-7.
