UFC 142 Prelims Set For FX This January

Before making a home on FUEL TV, the UFC 142: Aldo vs. Mendes prelims will hit the stage on FX. UFC 142 is set for January 14 from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil's HSBC Arena.The pay-per-view main card will feature Jose Aldo defending his UFC featherweight title against Chad Mendes, along with Vitor Belfort taking on Anthony Johnson.
The prelims, which used to be available on Facebook via live streaming, with a few fights getting featured on Spike TV, will now air complete thanks to the FOX Network agreement. UFC 142's prelims boast fighters such as Paulo Thiago, Mike Pyle, Sam Stout and Rob Broughton.
FUEL TV will take over prelim-hosting duties for the most part following the event. They will also have live weigh-ins and a post-fight show for UFC 142.
