PRELIMINARY CARD

-Nik Lentz defeated Waylon Lowe via submission (guillotine) at 2:24 of Round 3.

-Aaron Simpson defeated Mario Miranda via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-26).

-Johny Hendricks defeated T.J. Waldburger via TKO (punches) at 1:35 of Round 1.

PRELIMINARY CARD (FACEBOOK)

Sean McCorkle vs. Christian Morecraft

Anthony Hamlet will be the third man in the cage for this bout.

Round 1: No glove touch to start this one off. Morecraft lands first with a slow leg kick. Morecraft bulls McCorkle against the fence. Using double underhooks, Morecraft is doing well to move McCorkle around, but he can't get him to the ground. McCorkle trips Morecraft to the mat. McCorkle looks to pass in to side control and Morecraft looks for a leg lock to stop him. McCorkle breaks free but Morecraft gets on top of him, eventually settling into half guard. Morecraft landing with short elbows. McCorkle reestablishes full guard and Morecraft backs out. There's a stalemate while Morecraft walks back and forth, not letting McCorkle up but not engaging. Morecraft finally dives in and starts landing with ground and pound as McCorkle tries to writhe free. Morecraft going to work with his elbows as the round closes.

Round 2: Rogan comments that McCorkle's corner did not treat the growing swell under his left eye. McCorkle throws a few punches before Morecraft bullies his way back in and presses McCorkle into the cage. Morecraft teeing off on McCorkle against the fence. He drags McCorkle down, who starts looking for the kimura. Morecraft hammers McCorkle in the back of the head a few times and gets warned. McCorkle loses the kimura and Morecraft goes back to work with ground and pound. Morecraft grinding his elbows into McCorkle's face. Morecraft backs off and stands up, eventually letting McCorkle to his feet. They engage briefly before Morecraft engages the clinch again. Morecraft lands low and the ref calls a break. McCorkle taking his time to recover, he looks pretty beat down. The crowd boos McCorkle's long rest. They engage in a few sloppy combinations before McCorkle dives for a double leg from a mile away. Morecraft looking for the guillotine now and he puts McCorkle to sleep, prompting the ref to stop the fight.

Christian Morecraft defeated Sean McCorkle via submission (guillotine choke) at 4:10 of Round 2.

Morecraft nets his first UFC win here and McCorkle falls to 1-2 in the promotion. Morecraft tells Rogan that he loves NewsRadio and pumps up the crowd.

Michael McDonald vs. Edwin Figueroa

Josh Rosenthal will oversee this fight.

Round 1: They touch gloves and get settled in the center. McDonald lands first with a leg kick and Figueroa whiffs on a big overhand right. McDonald backing Figueroa up with strikes, Figueroa doing his best to hang on while throwing big haymakers. McDonald looks to have Figueroa in trouble but he regains his composure. Figueroa's Muay Thai is highly touted but McDonald is taking it to him in the striking department. McDonald is completely outclassing Figueroa on the feet, landing easily with clean punches and nice kicks. Figueroa lands with a solid shot. McDonald makes Figueroa pay for a Superman punch attempt with a flurry of blows. McDonald gets a takedown from off of the cage. They hit their feet again, with Figueroa showing gameness if nothing else.
