Brock Lesnar - Undertaker Confrontation Planned All Along?

As we reported yesterday, the most recent issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter touched on the widely circulated video featuring MMAFighting.com reporter Ariel Helwani interviewing Lesnar's former WWE co-worker, The Undertaker. In the video (watch it here), which was taken cage side after Lesnar lost his belt to Cain Velasquez, The Undertaker can be heard asking a bleeding and dejected Lesnar on his way to the locker room if he "wants to do it?" Lesnar responded with a look, but kept on walking.Much speculation has surrounded the odd confrontation and, according to the Wrestling Observer via WrestlingINC.com, the truth has finally been revealed. Apparently, the powers-that-be at World Wrestling Entertainment were looking to instigate some sort of confrontation between Lesnar and The Undertaker, who was invited to the event as a personal guest of UFC President Dana White, at the post-fight press conference if Lesnar had won his fight.
Lesnar avoided the conference in order not to take away from Velasquez's moment in the sun and, once he realized it, The Undertaker (who had shown up for the presser) left the press conference as well. The video face-to-face confrontation between the two turned out to be a lucky coincidence and was not the original plan.
It seems that the WWE is looking to have Lesnar play guest referee for an upcoming Undertaker match at WrestleMania next spring, but the extent of Lesnar's involvement in the scheme remains unclear.
Do you think it's a good move for Brock Lesnar to be a part of wrestling again, even if it's just as a referee? Let us know in our comments section below.
