UFC president Dana White was confident a deal would get done before Saturday bringing FOX Sports 1 into the households of those that subscribe to DirecTV, DISH Network and Time Warner.
The network debuts with UFC Fight Night: Shogun vs. Sonnen, and White confirmed on Twitter that all three TV providers will carry the card.
“FOX Sports 1 just finished its deal with Direct TV, Dish and Time Warner!” White wrote. “Everyone has FS1 now time for some fights!”
The three providers will bring FOX Sports 1 into over 40 million homes. Negotiations have been taking place over the past several weeks.
FOX Sports 1 replaces the current Speed Channel. FightLine will have complete coverage of the entire card.
