Life got a little simpler for Bubba Bush when he won Legacy FC’s middleweight title in July. Instead of looking for fights, Bush now sits back and waits to hear from the promotion.
“[Being champion] just makes my job easier,” said Bush to MMA Weekly. “I don’t have to go pick fights. They can just line up and we’ll fight our battles.”
The win over Larry Crowe at Legacy FC 21 improves Bush to 6-2. He’s 4-2 for Legacy FC and believes more people know him since winning their gold.
Crowe drops to 3-2 for the Texas promotion and all of his fights have been stopped.
Legacy FC 21 was July 19 from the Arena Theater in Houston, TX.
