Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA) has signed an exclusive multi-year deal with Double-D, the licensors of Adidas Combat Sports for over a decade, to appear on their cage. The promotion’s president Ed Soares made the announcement.
“RFA is honored to have an exclusive multi-year deal with Double-D/ Adidas Combat Sports today,” said Soares. “I have always loved Adidas and seeing their three stripes in the RFA cage August 16 is going to be one of my proudest moments. I would like to thank Christophe Dessalles and everyone at Double-D / Adidas Combat Sports for their belief in RFA, our RFA fighters and the sport of Mixed Martial Arts.”
The Adidas Combat Sports logo appears starting with the August 16 card.
It’s headlined with Pedro Munhoz vs. Jeff Curran for the inaugural bantamweight title. It’s from the StubHub Center in Los Angeles, CA with a main card at 10 p.m. ET on AXS TV.
