Ray Sefo is somewhere close to 100 professional combat fights as he returns to MMA tomorrow at World Series of Fighting (WSOF) 4. The WSOF president takes on David Huckaba and knows anything can happen.
“Dave’s record speaks for itself,” said Sefo at a media luncheon. “I’m not taking him lightly at all. It’s a fight, anything can happen. We’ve seen it so many times. You don’t put in 9-10 weeks of camp to go in there and lose.”
Huckaba has won three straight fights since a Bellator loss last year. The 39-year-old is 20-5 and the Gladiator Challenge heavyweight champion.
Sefo is 2-1 and last competed for Strikeforce in February 2011. He has a wealth of experience in kickboxing.
WSOF 4 is this Saturday, August 10. It comes from the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA.
