Paul Daley has inked a three fight deal with BAMMA that works for 12 months.
“I’m extremely happy to sign with a premier European promotion,” said Daley to MMA Fighting. “BAMMA provides exciting match-ups for hardcore fans, with a TV production that appeals to mainstream viewers.”
“Semtex” is a former UFC welterweight who was released for post-fight antics. UFC president Dana White made the ban permanent, leading to Daley seeking a job with Bellator. He took one fight under their name before a bar fight led to visa issues. Bellator eventually released him.
Before Daley was released, Bellator let him accept bookings in Europe. He did so and has three stoppages this year.
BAMMA returns on September 14 and the promotion wants Daley on that card.
