The heat between Ronda Rousey, Miesha Tate and Bryan Caraway was amplified by the decision to pair Rousey and Tate together on The Ultimate Fighter.
Caraway, Tate’s boyfriend, has attack Rousey verbally before, and the UFC female bantamweight champion hasn’t shied away from the battle.
During a recent interview on “UFC Tonight,” Rousey took another dig at Caraway. She will face Tate in the co-main event of UFC 168: Weidman vs. Silva 2 this December.
“Any girl who’s with a man who has braces has reasons to be cranky, so I understand why she’s so cranky,” said Rousey, in response to being questioned about Caraway. “Yeah, it’s a really hot look; he’s not really anyone’s type.”
Rousey added that she isn’t “sure who it’s going to be received” in regards to her appearance on TUF, but that she was “more about being the best coach possible to the kids than my image.”
The 18th season of the reality series airs in September on FOX Sports 1.
