Lauren Taylor felt like an unknown before making her debut in Invicta FC in April. Her dominate win over Kaitlin Young has introduced a new wave of fans.
“Nobody really knew who I was before I fought Kaitlin,” said Taylor to MMA Weekly. “Now I have people calling me for interviews and more people are going to watch my upcoming fights because they know who I am. It’s definitely opened more doors for me.”
In her return to the promotion, Taylor takes on Sarah D’Alelio in a bantamweight contest.
Taylor is undefeated with six wins, taking five by knockout. She competed once in Legacy FC finishing Jennifer Scott in the opening round.
D’Alelio has been with Invicta FC since they opened. She’s 3-1 for them and comes off a decision against Amanda Nunes.
They are on the main card of Invicta FC 6. It’s July 13 from the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City, MO. It airs on pay-per-view.
