Dan Hardy appears to have the itch to return to competition again, as “The Outlaw” made it known on Twitter that he wants to fight again.
Hardy was forced out of a planned bout earlier this year after being diagnosed with a heart condition. He has stated his desire to avoid surgery, but that has left him on the outside looking in at fighting inside the Octagon again.
“I want to fight again damn it!” Hardy posted on Twitter. The Brit was in Las Vegas for the UFC Fan Expo over the past few days.
Hardy, 31 years old, has won his last two after a four-fight losing skid nearly cost him his UFC career. He is a former contender to the UFC welterweight title and is 25-10 in his career.
Plans are in place for the UFC to return to England later this year, and that could lead to Hardy returning to action at that time.
