Julie “Fireball” Kedzie Using Hollywood To Support WMMA Career

Julie Kedzie can be spotted in TV shows and movies performing stunt work, but deep down inside she’s focused on becoming a star for the UFC.

“My fight career takes first priority,” said Kedzie to MMA Weekly. “I really like these opportunities, but everything is secondary to MMA. I do these other things to financially help support my MMA, and all of this is to help build me as a recognizable fighter and that people know me.”

“Fireball” last appeared for A&E’s hit series Longmire on June 24. When Kedzie’s not in Hollywood, she’s working her butt off in the gym.

She’s been a longtime fighter with nearly a decade of experience. She’s 16-11 with back-to-back losses to Alexis Davis and Miesha Tate. Kedzie takes on Germaine de Randamie in both their UFC debuts.

They’re set for UFC on FOX 8 on July 27. It comes from the KeyArena in Seattle, WA.
