The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) Nations: Canada vs. Australia will feature middleweights and welterweights, according to a tweet from UFC Central. It’s the third installment of a country vs. country edition of TUF.
The show is set to debut in early 2014. Coaching is the Canadian Patrick Cote and Australian Kyle Noke. Cote is a former middleweight title challenger and TUF 4 winner. Noke made it to the quarterfinals on TUF 11 and has been on the sidelines since September due to a shoulder injury.
Tryouts begin in September in Sydney and Toronto with specific details available next month.
It will air in Canada on Sportsnet 360 and TVA Sports. FX shows it out of Australia. Broadcasting information for the United States hasn’t been announced.
